Participants are also invited to submit a short abstract of their current research or objectives in attending the training school. 

 

Registration is open until 30th June.

The registration fee includes the main meals (lunch and dinner) during the training school. Travel to and accommodation in Braga are not covered by the registration fee.

Your registration is complete only when the fee payment is successfully received.

Registration fees

EGU and ProGEO members and undergraduate or graduate students:

Send by email the proof of your membership or student’s identification

Normal registration fee (until 30th June): 250 euro

After 30th June: registration closed

​

Others:

Normal registration fee (until 30th June): 350 euro

After 30th June: registration closed

Cancellation policy

 

Registration fees will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received before 31st May 2018. The cancellation fee is €20.

Cancellations after 1st June 2018 and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
 

There is no reason (including but not limited to illness, inability to travel, visa application rejection, travel restrictions, etc.) for registration cancellation that makes the above-mentioned deadline for cancellations inapplicable.

Insurance
 

The organizers cannot accept liability for personal accident, loss, or damage to private property, which may be incurred as a result of the participation in this training school. Participants are, therefore, advised to arrange appropriate insurance coverage. This should apply not only to travel but also to cancellation costs.
